The whole process takes about 15-20 minutes to complete when doing at one sitting. Three are 3 stages (We're calling them Acts). Rushing this process is not helpful. 

So this is how we would do it.

Complete Act 1 - Opening situation and pause or take a break. The animation you created will start working.

Rethinkly is accompanied by the voice of a coach. You can mute or replay the coach as you go along using these buttons.

When you're ready to complete Act 2 and Act 3 make sure you can give it full attention and focus.
